LORRAINE
McKenzie Steele Foster* holds a BFA in Acting from Brigham Young University and is a resident artist with Sackerson. Her most recent credits include The Little Prince in Sackerson’s THE LITTLE PRINCE, Daisy in STALLED at the Great Salt Lake Fringe Festival, Romeo in Riot Act’s HØÜSES and Riley in Sackerson’s BURN.

Mary C. Nikols is thrilled to be doing her first production with Sackerson! She appeared last in Pioneer Theater Company’s IN THE HEIGHTS-CONCERT VERSION. This fall she will be a senior in the University of Utah’s Musical Theatre Program where she appeared in the U.S. Premier of THE BEAUTIFUL GAME (Ensemble), JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (King Herod), DOGFIGHT (Ruth/Chippy), STEEL PIER (Mick’s Pick) and BRING IT ON: THE MUSICAL (Ensemble). Thank you to Alex, Morag and Dave for this wonderful opportunity and much love to my incredible family and friends. Enjoy the show!

Jessica Graham is excited and grateful for this opportunity to work with Sackerson and such a generous, talented team of artists. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in the Actor Training Program at the University of Utah where she will continue her theater education and next appear in BIG LOVE as part of the University’s 2018/2019 season.

Fina Posselli is ecstatic to be making her Sackerson debut in HINDSIGHT! She is in her second year of the University of Utah’s Actor Training Program. She was last seen as “Rosie” in CABARET at SLCC Black Box Theatre. She was an acting and technical apprentice for Lyric Repertory Company’s 2017 season, which included WAIT UNTIL DARK, BIG RIVER, THE COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE ABRIDGED, and THE FOREIGNER. You can see her next in SLAC’s production of THE WOLVES as #2 this fall.

 

FORD
Shawn Francis Saunders* (FORD) holds a bachelor of science degree in theatre from Utah Valley University. Shawn is a member of Avrec Art House where he co-wrote the short film “Say The Sins” with his friend and frequent collaborator Alexander Woods. Shawn’s favorite roles include Doug in GRUESOME PLAYGROUND INJURIES (UVU), Mephistopheles in DOCTOR FAUSTUS (Grassroots Shakespeare Company), Clown in STALLED (Post). Previous Sackerson productions include Hermit in BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN, THE WORST THING I’VE EVER DONE, SHOCKHEADED PETER, and THE LITTLE PRINCE. Shawn is thrilled to be working with Sackerson again. “Wakanda forever.”

Connor Nelis Johnson (FORD) has performed with Pioneer Theater Company, Salt Lake Acting Company, Salt Lake Shakespeare, and U of U Youth Theater Conservatory; he has also appeared several times at the Great Salt Lake Fringe Festival. Connor is a freshman in the University of Utah Actor Training Program and he loves his parents.

Andrew Robertson is an alumnus of UVU’s acting program. You might have seen him in productions such as HCTO’s Catch Me If You Can as Frank Abagnale Jr., HCTVW’s Big Fish as Will Bloom, and HCTO’s Big River as Huck. This is his first show with Sackerson, and he’d like to thank the entire team for including him on such an exciting project. Please enjoy the show!

CHASE
Brandt Garber is a recent graduate of the Actor Training Program at the University of Utah. He is excited to be in his first production with Sackerson. Previous University roles include: 2nd Lt. Ralph Clark (OUR COUNTRY’S GOOD) and Finch Mccomas (YOU NEVER CAN TELL). He also understudied for Christopher Boone in THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME at Pioneer Theatre Company.

Tyler Fox is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in acting at Utah Valley University. His most recent credits include: Orestes in Robert Ick’s modernized ORESTIA (Utah Valley University), Tom in FAT PIG (An Other Theater Company), and Spike in VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE (An Other Theater Company). Tyler has wanted to work with Sackerson ever since he came to Utah and is so honored to have this opportunity.

Alexander Woods is very happy to join the cast and crew of HINDSIGHT. With acting experience on stage and screen, this particular production makes for a fun hybrid for him. Alexander is also a filmmaker, and is currently shooting a film called “The Wreath” along side Director Shawn Francis Saunders. That film is expected to be released later this year.

Bryce Fueston is delighted to be joining Sackerson for the first time in HINDSIGHT, and he couldn’t imagine a better team to be working with. He graduated with a BA in Theatrical Arts from UVU. Previous theatre credits include ANGELS IN AMERICA, PETER AND THE STARCATCHER, ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST. He will be seen next in An Other Theater Company’s THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME playing Christopher.

Production team

Morag Shepherd (Playwright)
Morag is one of the producers of Sackerson, and holds an MA in Theatre Criticism from Brigham Young University. Morag is a member of the Plan-B writers lab, where her play NOT ONE DROP (David Ross Fetzer grant recipient) and MOTHER EARTH monologue has performed. Her play DO YOU WANT TO SEE ME NAKED (Critics Choice Award, and Best Solo Performance) has performed in Salt Lake City, Tucson, and will perform in the United Solo Festival in New York City this fall with Elizabeth Golden. Recent writing credits include TRAIN TRACKS (co-produced with Flying Bobcat), BURN (Association of Mormon Letters Award for Best Drama), THE WORST THING I’VE EVER DONE, and POPPY’S IN THE SAND (Salt Lake City, and San Diego International Fringe Festival).
Alex Ungerman (Director)
Alex Ungerman is one of the producers of Sackerson, and Co-Founder of the Grassroots Shakespeare Company. With Sackerson, he has directed THE WORST THING I’VE EVER DONE, AN OAK TREE, SONDER, SHOCKHEADED PETER, THE TEN DEATHS OF HAMLET, and THE WEIRD PLAY (a co-production with Plan-B Theatre).
